MURRAY MACKINTOSH
Hi my name is Murray Mackintosh (very Scottish) a.k.a. Mack Fiit and I coach here at Performance Gym, Irvine.
Specialising in creating performance / event-based fitness and nutrition programmes,
I work currently with a diverse range of members; From marathon runners, Hyrox competitors , footballers, rugby players, Golfers and cyclists, while also helping those with more general goals of fat loss and muscle gain.
This drive to help, in particular aspiring athletes has developed from my experience in football, playing semi-pro for 10 years and also university, where I graduated with a Masters in research Physiology.

Hi team my names Scott little and I’m one of the personal trainers here at performance gym Irvine!
I started training around 6/7 years ago and almost immediately grew a burning passion for training!
I’ve been through every phase possible for dropping off body fat and building muscle tissue as I believe you must be able to practice what you preach
I currently work with a broad variety of clients of varying age groups! My main focus with all of them is making sure that their training is absolutely spot on with form execution, exercise variety and training intensity, I will ensure that every session is educational for your benefit to be able to train solo as confident and competent as possible

I take a personal approach with every client based on experience with diet , exercise , habits and time management. Using all this information and reviewing it week by week to plan out the perfect journey to achieve your goal one step at a time by building fundamental and progression on them that will last a lifetime.
I’ve got a mixed background of training from Strength and conditioning for combat sports , endurance races. To building up fitness and dropping body fat leaving you looking good and feeling confident.
